A creative, service-oriented entrepreneur, Tanis owned a successful public relations firm before making the move into real estate and she considers her sales and marketing experience with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts integral to her service-oriented approach to real estate.

Tanis has a passion for helping women develop thriving, independent financial lives through real estate investing. In 2019 she co-founded, The Divorce Circle, a non-profit organisation which provides guidance and community to women who want to separate with grace.

She’s a second-generation Vancouverite, with connections and roots all over the Lower Mainland. She knows myriad neighbourhood hot spots and hidden gems. Ask her for a restaurant recommendation and she’ll probably know the chef! Tanis recently took up cycling and even co-authored a cookbook once upon a time.
